I know how you feel. I lost 30 pounds a couple of years ago and now I've gained it back and then some. I hate myself for this but we have to realize it really isn't our fault. You are controlled by the genetic make up you are born with and we have absolutely no control over our programming.
I had no idea I was this angry. Now, I know.
