I have no image for you today....Outside the window I have snow and more snow and very large footprints (holes) in the snow from some animal or person going across the back "lawn".
I tried to request a few Evanovich books...but the Library has installed a NEW system that is all pictures... no words. Pictures of the covers of books.... I tried to look at the catalog where I usually look for things but that's gone or somewhere else.... I gave up. I also tried clicking on a book picture but then it wanted all sorts of information from me.....stuff I was uncomfortable typing into their system.
So...I really gave up.....On them..... on the library. And you all know how very very much I loved my Library.
Well, I'm going to sit and cry a bit more and tears make it impossible to read or sew.....so until I work thru things I'll just sit and look at the list of books I wanted to order for next week....and realize I won't be ordering them.
I finally realized I could order them from OTHER MAINE LIBRARIES and I DID....they will arrive next week. It's what I will do from now on......Other MAINE LIBRARIES... Not mine.

why don't you have your son take you to the library tomorrow and have a librarian walk you through the new process?
