Daily Notes for Sunday, October 25th. Pizza Day....Lots of sunshine but only 46 degrees.

Camden Falls.. enjoy the Maine Sightseeing.

The Sunday newspaper was full of political opinions...Susan Collins isn't faring well.  Lots of negative opinions about her "Trump Butt Kissing"....... she does what she needs to do to keep the job I guess...only that has flipped and is no longer working for her..... I'm not saying the other option is better.. since he is what they call "a complete unknown".   I already voted.  Weeks ago (it seems)..... for the  "Complete Unknown".  I have NEVER voted for Collins in all the decades I have lived here in Maine.. I have never trusted her....to tell the truth.

The Sunshine is lovely today even thought it's not a warm sunshine.   The back lawn is getting overgrown and very very GREEN and the front lawn is NOT... Deer keep foraging in the back yard even though acorns are still abundant out front.  I had hoped the guys would come cut the grass one more time...but I guess not. Son has told me the lawn mower is in the garage.....when I asked.

I need to up the room temp..nope...I already did change the temp..  I'll just pull up the collar of my sweater.  As soon as I hit publish I'll go bury myself into the couch and the down lap blanket.  I used the heating pad to warm my legs up yesterday.

A very very interesting (to me) article about Van Gogh's Starry Night.   Vincent painted what he actually saw in the night sky- not a product of Vincent's imagination as we had been told it was. A South Korean team reported their findings after years of forensic astronomy.  I have always loved that particular painting and thought it was in an Amsterdam Museum..  But it resides in the Modern Museum of Art in New York,

Close enough....that I might someday actually see it in person.
