Under the sub-title of Fall Baking. So delicious looking........too much work for me but can imagine Son measuring to get the stripes EVEN.
1. Watched one of the first World Cup games. New Zealand v. Chile. A New Zealand striker named Walker had THREE YELLOW CARDS long before the game ended... he tried and failed (at the very end) to stop the same guy he'd been knocking over the entire game...and that guy scored the winning goal in the very last few seconds of the match. Chile won. Sometimes what goes around comes around to bite you. 2 to 1.
2. Am I foolish to expect good sportsmanship in World Cup Soccer Games?????? Yes...I am.
3. I didn't get too far reading the Emma Project book due to the World Cup...And not sure how it will go today as we have American Football and Sunday Pizza.
4. I did a bit- just a bit- of hand sewing yesterday....it was the sort of day when I wished I could take a nap. Falling asleep is very difficult for me....I trained as a small child to stay awake in case of a family emergency...my parents were unreliable. Their arguments were loud and terrifying.
5. I have been Damaged Goods my whole life.
