I haven't seen any of the deer outback as yet....last year the street behind me was being paved and the deer might have gone swimming over to the islands early. In the early days of living here my backyard was full of black crows and a multitude of deer. I live very very close to the ocean and the small islands where people spend the summer months.
Too much traffic now. For deer. The back acres are in desperate need of a major cleanup. The fenced garden- left unused for quite a few years now- is a terrible MESS. My late husband used to spend days back there slowly weeding...there was no hurry back then.......
I am happy to see the Sunshine again....Snow was an unwelcome guest yesterday.
Re-reading a favorite book yesterday. Anyone But You. Today I am looking forward to Met Her Match. In case the TV series I am watching gets dull and boring. 1177 on the TV dial always has something interesting and often icky ways for people to die.. I set a few educational PBS offerings to record. And I have MANY Law and Order episodes waiting. I watch and miss my dog.
Well, I need breakfast and an update on the NEWS. Whatever happened while I was not watching. Interesting that MORE people got tax refunds....I did not. I lost my visitor counter for the blog so have no idea if anyone is even reading these posts....perhaps I should just stop??????
