We had a service call from our extended warranty company. I think he drove here from either Massachusetts or New Hampshire as there were (are) no technicians in Maine.
Our refrigerator was not repaired.
The closed end (sealed) fuel system which creates cold isn't working and probably was never working correctly. The technician searched but couldn't find a leak.
G and I are left with a non-working, unrepairable refrigerator.

I would certainly try a letter with attached receipts or transcripts to the President Whirlpool. Couldn't hurt and might get results. The other thing you might do is create a YouTube video and post it. And I would certainly go to the place it was purchased and complain.
