Maine's warmish Weather has disappeared...I need to go add a thermal long sleeved shirt to my wardrobe choice for today. We are going grocery shopping later today and I don't want to be shivering.
I haven't made a list of meals for the coming week as yet.... or chosen a lunch item...but homemade vegetable soup sounds like a really good idea as I sit here shivering.
Televised Entertainment has been slim to none so far.....Either I am NOT the focus demographic or I am being "too picky" or I don't have the correct set of cable channels. I vote for all three being TRUE.
I selected an un-mended pair of corduroy pants out of the closet for today....also pants that are not saggy and baggy. In fact, pants I have never worn until right now....I think. Dark brown. (this could mean I have lost weight) I added a thermal long sleeved shirt and a pale yellow linen blouse. My hair needs WORK.
I'm up an hour early as the Time Changed and my clocks did not. I am noticing some did and some didn't.
My computer says 9:58. now it says 10:01. Now 10:06.
Well, I have eaten my oatmeal, read the skimpy news in the paper, taken my daily pills, pulled my socks on...am listening to Son turn on the shower in his bathroom.....oh, I also failed miserably on the Morning Suduko puzzle...and only one word on the Jumble. Not the best of beginnings.
Well, I have my socks on, my hair combed and this post written....the day has begun...long live the day.
