My Lunch Buddy and her daughter and grandson are off to Pennsylvania to settle the grandson into his Freshman Dorm. My friend is hoping they packed all the right things...they are flying in and not driving..
Google keeps wanting to add additions to my post....at the end of every paragraph. It's becoming tediously annoying.
The secret to losing weight is now: Overnight Oats, Plain Yogurt and Scratch Made Bolognese. You can also add fresh fruit (thought frozen is often better than fresh) and frozen vegetables ( also thought to be better than fresh), lean protein and whole grains (oatmeal- just say no to boxed cereals). This article is basically writing about what I eat.....and NO weight loss...but NO weight gain either. Clothes fit comfortably loose but not baggy.. Legs are still VERY large... rest of the body fits in the regular clothing....not needing to downsize.
BLT yesterday...was DIVINE. Sunday Pizza today. I'll do number tomorrow...not now.
