Daily Notes for Tuesday October 27th. Almost Halloween. A VERY Sunny Day here in Maine.

French Onion Soup.....I wish I had some for today as it's a chilly morning and probably the same for the remainder of the day.

Well, the furnace is running. (noise)....I am at the tipping point in the book I am reading.....this is where I skip quite a few pages (over 100 of them).....- but this reading I may just move ahead to the last 50 pages. (not a fan of the rundown apartments and the swamp portion of the book).... and call it good enough. And then start in on a new (old) book.  Welcome to Temptation.....I had to wait for it to be available as it was in "repair" for a few weeks.

Yesterday was one of those days when things I thought were lost forever showed up again.... I was using only one of the painted bookmarks I had made for myself because the other FIVE were missing...well, I found them yesterday and now have them in a secure space here on the desk.  Painted watercolor paper.

I also pulled a few art supplies out and looked at them for a while. Then put them away.

I selected a few very very old favorite books at the library and they haven't been read in many many years....I do have paperback copies but love the hardbacks so much MORE.

So Storage Wars continues to fill any open spaces in my day....but not for long... I'll have to find something new (Law and Order???). But right now...I need to pull on my wool socks and reheat my breakfast coffee- one more time..... take care...... thank you for reading.....
