Daily Notes- Library and Grocery Shopping...... no COAT!!!!!

 Produce.....

I went into the Library and actually had two books on hold.....to pick up....so that was a pleasant surprise. The other surprise was NOT NEEDING a coat.

The lawn is TRYING to Spring into Action....All that excess fertilizer is making the transition from Winter Brown to Green even slower than usual.  I won't fertilize this year at all... and with the blockade fertilizer is going to be very very expensive.

I do have two three by three by three foot bins full of compost ready to sift and spread.....last time I turned it- there were so many worms I ran back into the house.  Worms make fantastic compost.

If I could put weight on my knees I would go out back and dig up the hyacinth bulbs and arrange them in an area together..they are NOW being pushed around and covered up by Daffodils. I wonder if they sell long handled tools for people with bad knees????  I imagine they do. A shovel is too wide.

Birds have come back to visit the center garden bed out front...looking for bugs and worms.

No Berries yet and No Bird Feeders anymore.

I just polished off a peanut butter wrap....now I need a beverage.  Nice cup of tea.   Take care.....
